Zapier is an automation tool that moves information between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work.
This is another one of my favorite tools in a productivity suite as Zapier allows you to connect different applications of your business for moving, updating and triggering workflows between your various system.
As a business owner, it’s quite frustrating when the same information has to be updated manually on each system that you use for your business. This is where Zapier comes to the rescue, as it connects your apps and keeps the information automatically updated on all your systems without you having to lift a finger.
I have used Zapier for my clients to:
- Connect various applications to one another
- Updating spreadsheets based on certain actions and triggers
- Automatically sending an invoice to a customer after a deal has been successfully closed
- Triggering scenario based emails to customers based on email interactions
